Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 11, 2026

Welcome to PromptGoblin. By accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service Agreement with respect to our site. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements with respect to the site and the content.

2. Intellectual Property & License

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.

  • Free Prompts: Provided under a public, non-exclusive license for personal use.
  • Premium Prompts: Accessible strictly to lifetime members. Copying, republishing, or reselling premium prompts in bulk to other libraries or platforms is strictly prohibited.

3. Accounts & Security

To use certain features of the site (such as purchasing membership or listing prompts), you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Membership purchases provide lifetime access to premium prompts. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Refunds are subject to our evaluation and are generally only granted if technical issues prevent access to the content purchased.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PromptGoblin is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the prompts will produce identical visual outputs, as AI generation engines (Midjourney, Flux, Sora) are subject to external updates, changes, and random seeds.

6. Third-Party Links & Ads

The site displays Google AdSense advertising links. Clicking third-party ads or links is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
